Residence Casa di Caccia is completely renovated and situated in an excellent position in the pine-wood, just a short walk from its own private beach. Completely restaured in 2001, the hotal has 42 rooms at its disposition, they have all comforts: bathroom, TV Sat, television, minibar, air condition and radio. The ResidenceThe RESIDENCE PODERE SAN GIUSEPPE is a rural building, which has been recently completely restructured, located close to the sea and the centre of San Vincenzo (1.5 km); it once belonged to one of the most noble families of Tuscany, the Counts della Gherardesca.Situated along the Via Aurelia, with the hills on one side and the sea on the other, the Residence shares the typical architectural characteristics of the Tuscan territory.The recent extensive works of refurbishing and widening have allowed the structure to complete itself, making it possible to offer customers a wide range of  services.Situated amidst a wide green area, the Residence Podere San Giuseppe consists of three buildings: one flanks the road, while the other two are placed in the inner part of the property.  Most of the apartments surround the swimming pool-solarium, which represents the centre of the residence.The Podere San Giuseppe is open all year round, and proposes several offers in order to introduce  its customers to the ancient tastes and the aromas which are deeply connected to the art, the culture, and the nature of this charming region. AccommodationThe Residence is composed by 20 apartments (one-room, two-rooms, and three-rooms), all with independent entrances.  Some of the apartments are characteristic premises gained from the original structure, others have been recently constructed during the refurbishing works done in the year 2004:  all of them are furnished with simple furniture, with nice finishes obtained through the use of typical Tuscan construction materials (wood and tiles). All apartments have air-conditioning and heating, colour TV, and common and private outdoor areas furnished with gazebos and tables. The Podere organises swimming courses, bycicles rental, and has established specials conventions with other structures in the area, in order to offer all services connected to its customers’ well-being and bathing.  In the nearby centre of San Vincenzo it’s possible to find supermarkets, pizzerias, restaurants, chemists, doctors, etc.

The Hotel Residence La Ventola is made up of 2 floors surrounding the swimming-pool and an extra small building next to he restaurant.The structure has also a reception hall (with outbound and inbound fax service), unguarded private parking-place, coin washing-machine, swimming-pool with hydro-massage and a swimming-pool for children, a playground area for children, a common garden area, a breakfast hall, bar, restaurant and a pizzeria with traditional oven.The Residence provides 25 flats which have private bathrooms, central heating, air conditioning, direct phone line,  satellite TV, balcony and some of them with private garden (only for the apartment on the ground floor).The two-room apartments are made up of a bedroom with a twin bed and a single bed, a kitchen/living-room with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette, a bath and a furnished balcony (30 sq.m).The two-room apartment that are next to the restaurant have a small furmished patio instead of the balcony (sq.m. 35)The one-room apartments are made up of one living-room with a kitchenette, a twin bed and a single bed, bath and a furnished balcony.Two flats have facility also for wheeled-chair people.  The structure has also 8 bed-rooms for the Hotel Formula. The hotel bedrooms (double and triple bedrooms) have private bathrooms, TV SAT, hairdryer, air conditioning, direct phone line and a fridge.These bedrooms are kindly furnished in Tuscany Style but quite small.On the first floor they have a window (no balcony) and on the ground floor they have a small furnished patio. EatingThe cuisine is rich and tasty, in a familiar managing with a great range of menus of Tuscan and Italian recipes. The Hotel Residence La Ventola is near to the famous “White Sands” (Spiagge Bianche) (5 Km), for the whiteness of the sand, easily getting by bike/scooter or car.
